A close-up of the geothermal hot springs. Many cultures believe that such hot springs and geothermal waters have healing properties. 1000 County Road #3 shares the same source as the region's famous Orvis Hot Springs.

Steam rises in the early morning hours from the hot springs geothermal source. The geothermal water is currently piped into the greenhouse, and is ideal for year-round heating resulting in lower energy costs (organic or hydroponic produce farming, anyone?).
